You 2.0 is a 1:1 coaching program featuring two 90-minute sessions over a week, designed to help you find energy solutions to a vexed issue you may be facing. Through personalised guidance, practical techniques, and mindset shifts, you’ll gain clarity, recharge your energy, and unlock new possibilities for lasting transformation, improved well-being, and greater resilience in daily life.

Day 1 call
Sridhar will have two 90-minute calls with you – on Day 1 and Day 7. On the first call, you can explain the issue you are facing and he will to an energy audit of your situation, and suggest powerful ways in which to remedy it.

Day 2-6 on WhatsApp
Once the roadmap is determined, Sridhar will be your accountability partner to get you to change the energy patterns. Remember, for true transformation, you need a coach backing you. And Sridhar will hand-hold you throughout.

Day 7 call
On Day 7, you will have your second 90-minute session with Sridhar to take stock of your situation, assess the progress and the steps to follow further to totally transform the situation. Most single issues can be resolved in a week.

This is a 4-week transformational deep energy cleansing programme that works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels to unlock a profound energy shift. As your energy realigns, you’ll experience renewed clarity, vitality, and purpose, seeing the world through a rejuvenated perspective. But this programme works on when you trust, surrender and intend strongly to heal.

Detailed Questionnaire
It starts with Sridhar sending you a detailed questionnaire which you will need to answer in as much detail as possible. He will also seek your palm images, handwriting sample, date of birth, blood group etc to give you an energy audit.

30 hours of interaction
Once you answer the questionnaire, he will give you weekly assignments designed to release your energy blocks starting with the smaller ones. As you do them, you will begin to feel the energy difference in you.

Complete transformation
If you do this in full seriousness, you will understand how energy blocks have got formed in you, and how to remove even the larger deep-seated ones. The outcome is magical if done earnestly and if you follow the instructions.

Can the You 2.0 programme only work for one issue?
Since it’s a shorter programme, multiple deep-seated issues cannot be tackled. It’s ideal for those facing relationship breakdowns, overwhelm, fatigue, searching for a purpose, et al.
Can anyone take the Total Energy Makeover programme?
Well, yes, but this programme is heavily vested in your firm intention to effect a turnaround in your life. If Sridhar feels he can’t help you after listening to your issue, then this programme does not proceed. You need to clearly identify what is your Point A (current energy level) and your Point B (where you want to reach in terms of energy).
Does the programme exceed a month?
Yes, it can depending on the progress made. The priority is always that the participant heals fully.
Is there any refund option here?
No. The total payment needs to be paid in advance. This ensures the complete buy-in of the participant. Remember, this is an energy overhaul and unpleasant memories will arise. The will of the participant will be tested there and the tendency to give up is usually high. Money, in this case, acts as a deterrent since it has been prepaid.
How do you interact with the participant?
Sridhar does it over WhatsApp, Zoom and phone.
I wish to, but I’m nervous. What do you advise?
Well, you can touch base with Sridhar, discuss your issue and then take it forward from there. It might happen that you may not need a Total Energy Makeover. Just a few energy tweaks and you may be done.
